We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and dedicated Sales Manager to manage our sales team, drive revenues and work hands-on with our international sales leads. This is a critical role, central to our core business operations. The sales manager will work very closely with our CEO, board of directors and of course with the sales team. They will be primarilyresponsible for driving revenues and ensuring our growth expansion internationally. 

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain a high energy and high tempo sales environment
  • Coach the sales team to meet sales activity goals, getting in touch with decision makers
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment, celebrating wins, holding daily team meetings and holding your team accountable for getting results
  • Work hands-on with our international sales leads and larger national clients
  • Commitment to grow our national and international client portfolio

Basic Qualifications 

  • Must have a thorough understanding of strategic selling and demonstrated success against quotas in a highly competitive environment
  • Significant strategic selling experience to C-level decision makers
  • Excellent level of Norwegian language skills
  • Solid English language skills
  • International work experience
  • Experience with B2B Sales
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage workload using own initiative
  • Customer focused, proactive and solution driven 
  • Minimum 3 years’ University education 
  • Effective communicator and influencer, as well as a creative problem solver
  • You are a calm and effective decision maker, understanding trade-offs and making priority calls
